Read what some of our customers are saying about Foxgloves:

"Dear FOXGLOVES,
I recently purchased 3 pairs of your Foxgloves and am very pleased with them. I used to spend all my time taking gloves off and putting them on again as I have small hands and could never find any to fit me. I bought some for my neighbour and mother in law as well and they too are quite delighted with them.
Cheers, Anna Gavin, County Wicklow, Ireland"

"Hello Foxgloves,
I just wanted to say I can't believe I ever wore heavy rubber gloves on their own to work in the garden. When the pond needs attention my Foxgloves are the first thing I reach for, then the rubber gloves, the Foxgloves make a great liner and my hands don't have that terrible smell anymore! In fact, I reach for the Foxgloves before I do anything in the garden, potting plants, weeding or even cleaning the greenhouse. Foxgloves are incredibly comfortable and even when they get wet I can still keep working. I don't just use Foxgloves in the garden, I use them when I'm cleaning the house or car, too, they protect my hands and keep them clean, even if they get wet. And I love the choice of beautiful colours. I gave a pair to a friend as a gift and she's been using them ever since but I noticed her eyeing my bright red ones, well, she can't have these but I told her to check out the website so she can get her own. Thanks for making hard work a bit more fun and a whole lot more comfy."
From Mrs. Jenny Harte, Walton-on-Thames, UK, July 25, 2005

"Dear Foxgloves
I am so pleased these marvellous gloves are now available in Europe. Gardening has never been so glamorous!
Thanks for your excellent service."
N. Lovatt, Wiltshire, UK, May 11, 2004

"I got hooked on Foxgloves about 2 years ago, when my mother in law gave me a pair as a gift. She bought them at the Boston (New England) Flower Show. I tried them on and it was a heavenly experience! As I began using them in the Spring, I swore to never wear any other glove for gardening again! Foxgloves are the most comfortable , long lasting garden gloves I have ever used! I am now a Foxglove addict! Thank you for offering a great product!"
Dawn Caruolo, North Salem, NY, November 7, 2003

"I have to say that your gloves are the best I have EVER tried. I have gone through countless pairs working in my yard but not these. They are so durable it's amazing. I will never own anything else."
Donna M., February 12, 2003

"I received my first pair of Foxgloves from Cindi Higgins Sullivan, Garden Journalist for WHAS radio, Louisville KY. She assured me, the gloves were a gift I needed and would never do without once I used them. Skeptical? Of course, I was. I had gardened for 50 years without Foxgloves—surely I could handle another 20 years of gardening without worrying about where my Foxgloves are—right? WRONG!
Perhaps Cindi could tell by looking at my rough hands that they lived a hard life. I tried gloves of all kinds for pulling weeds, planting, dividing, picking vegetables, hoeing and mowing. Despite my husband’s objections, I never warmed to the idea of slowing my progress with a pair of bulky stiff gloves that hindered progress in an uncomfortable way. Then there were Foxgloves! As Cindi predicted, I do not start outside without them. They are comfortable, add to my grip, and keep my hands feeling human. Besides that, they look really good and I half convince myself these jobs are fun, worthy of a classy lady!"
Testimonial from Mary Witt, Louisville, KY, October 6, 2003

"I have got to tell you that Foxgloves are the BEST gardening gloves in the world, in history, period...the day was cloudy, drizzly, cold and windy, but the plants HAD to go in, so I dutifully pulled on my new Foxgloves and got down to business...in no time the gloves were completely wet and muddy--and wonder of wonders, my hands were comfortable...it was unbelievable...I rejoiced!...I exclaimed!...I marveled! and I am telling everyone I meet about Foxgloves! Then I came in the house, left them on and washed my hands with dish soap and then peeled the gloves off easily--they were completely clean and dried quickly...everything the packaging had said is true and then some!!! Wow...this woman is brilliant! I vote this woman for president! of the planet!!!
Beverly M., Santa Fe, NM

"I LOVE Foxgloves! After years of trying gloves - cheap gloves, expensive gloves, thick ones, thin ones, and everything in between - Foxgloves are the first gloves I can stand to wear..I get horrible poison ivy each summer, but last summer, thanks to Foxgloves, almost nothing...the Foxgloves protected my hands completely. Each time I got into the ivy I just peeled the gloves off carefully and washed them in the washing machine...easy and effective - and itch free!"
Barb V., Ulster Park, NY

"I just bought a pair, tried them out and love them so much that I'm buying a pair for a friend."
Nancy L., Modesto, CA

"Your gloves are THE best I have had in 50+ years of gardening. I have small hands; Foxgloves perfect fit makes it easy to pick up the myriad tiny stones that New England gardens "grow" every winter...to plant seeds, crocuses, shrubs, and everything in between. For wet work such as transplanting seedlings I slip a pair of waterproof gloves over my Foxgloves...they will always be my workhorse gloves. THANK YOU!"
Carolyn B., Scituate, MA

"I received a pair of your FOXGLOVES in the fuchsia color for my 75th birthday! They certainly live up to their hype. We are the happiest while working in our gardens, and your gloves really save my nails from getting dirt under them. I am giving a pair as a gift to my twin sister Patty in Medford, OR."
Denny A., Albany, GA

"Thank you so much for making these fantastic gloves! I work at a botanical garden in Hillsborough, NC and the ENTIRE staff can not say enough praises for your gloves! THEY ARE TERRIFIC! I have never felt so comfortable weeding in gloves, but with these I actually forget that I have them on, and now my hands are incredibly clean! If you ever need a few spokeswomen, contact the ladies at Montrose, as we recommend these gloves to everyone, gardeners and non-gardeners alike!"
Brie G., Chapel Hill, NC

"I bought a pair of Foxgloves when you were quite new and they are my best friends in the garden...Your product speaks for itself...Keep up the good work."
Patricia C., Los Gatos, CA

"These are simply the best garden gloves...and I have tried many. Usually I pull them off in about 10 minutes, and resign myself to no fingernails for the garden season. I just tried my new Foxgloves and weeded for hours...I could pick the finest weeds with my fingertips, no dirt in my nails, no perspiration. Fantastic! I plan to give them as Xmas gifts to everyone!"
J. Meadows, Lothian, MD

"These gloves are fantastic!"
Mary S., Carmel Valley, CA

"Oh, my gosh, I LOVE your gloves! Normally I would start out with gloves and 30 minutes later (if that long), throw them across the yard. This resulted in the ugliest nails all spring, summer and fall. I put my Foxgloves on at 10 am yesterday morning, pruned big-time until 5 pm, and took them off only once for lunch. I even left them on under my leather gloves when pruning my roses. I thought I snagged them several times, but have not a single pull or tear on them. I'm so glad you have the small size, they are the only gloves I've ever had that actually fit. Thank you!!"
Therese S., Marietta, GA

"Thanks for a great product! I am wearing them every day in my greenhouse - where I have never before found a glove that allowed "fine" work. Yours do!"
Jane D., Monticello, NM

"Foxgloves find their place in paradise! Just have to tell you that your gardening gloves are simply marvelous, especially the new ones with the grips. For years I have struggled with gloves of various materials...Thank you for a wonderful product that only a woman could design!"
Lady Jane, Hawaii

"I LOVE these gloves. After using my first pair a few times, I took my collection of bulky and torn hardware store gloves and threw all of them in the trash. The dexterity and ease of washing and drying that I get with Foxgloves far surpasses the standard variety. I came back to buy more for myself and for gifts."
Deborah F., Springfield, VA

"I don't like them, I LOVE them. I especially love them for weeding, pinching back, etc. They protect my hands yet allow me to get down to the roots of the weeds...unlike bulky gardening gloves."
Barbara G., FL and NC

"Somehow one of my gloves was dropped on the dirt road, and found hours later. It was naturally filthy from being run over by car tires all day, but after washing was good as new. You may remember the Timex watch ads which said, "They take a licking and go on ticking." Foxgloves' slogan: They take a beating and go on weeding!!!"
Merry S., Garrison, NY

"I just wanted to tell you how fabulous your gloves are. I've given them away to all my gardening friends, and in my work as Mrs. Wheelbarrow, The Garden Coach, I always carry two pair -- one for me and one for my clients -- who then immediately want to get a pair for themselves. Foxgloves are absolutely the best gloves I have ever used. Congratulations on a spectacular product!"
Cathy Barrow (Mrs. Wheelbarrow)

"I have used my Foxgloves continuously for weeks now and they are everything you have claimed. My hands are again soft and dirt free protected from the drying aspects of soil and the ravages of moving wood chips and stones."
Linda H., Master Gardener, Wooster, OH

"I ordered my first pair of Foxgloves last week..and wore them all weekend...while planting annuals and perennials, and even to plant seeds! They were so comfortable and flexible that I could pick up my Marigold seeds one-by-one! Half the time I forgot I had them on...they are so small and flexible that I can carry them in my pocket and roll them together like socks to keep them together (there is nothing more aggravating than finding only one work glove!)...My hands are soft, clean, and my nails are even clean and all intact! Harriet, thank you for inventing such a wonderful garden gloves!"
Dawn V., CT

"I just worked in the garden for the past four hours, and every moment I wore my fuchsia Foxgloves! I dug alfalfa and epsom salts around my roses, planted new nursery packs and scattered seeds, fertilized the entire yard, and not once did I need to wear any other gloves but yours. I even had the dexterity to handle small larkspur seeds with no trouble. I washed my hands with my Foxgloves still on, then rinsed them and hung them to dry...my hands look great, though my back is sore!"
Kris H., San Francisco, CA

"I have ordered 2 pair of these gloves, LOVE them...I had to order the second pair because my 16-yr.old son kept stealing mine to drive the car in and to mow in, he says they relax his hands - I agree. Another good point is, I have fake fingernails and they stay so very clean with your gloves and they are sooooo comfortable. Glad I found you."
Pam and Taylor V., Lebanon, TN

"I gave these wonderful gloves the acid test the other day. After days and days of rainy weather, I attacked the crabgrass. When I usually do this, I don't wear gloves because cotton gloves are about all I wear anymore, and they get soaking wet. I wore periwinkle Foxgloves, and after a good couple of hours, the gloves were filthy, soaking wet. I thought my hands would require a brush and soap and lots of scrubbing. They were clean as when I put my hands in them. Amazing!"
Dixie H., Alexandria, VA

ON OTHER GREAT USES AND BENEFITS:

"As a passionate gardener who grows everything from Orchids to Cactus I swear by your product. I can spread mulch or repot orchids and my hands never looked better. Potting orchids is a delicate process and your gloves allow me the flexibility needed. These gloves may look pretty but don't be fooled they are extremely durable. I recently also purchased a pair for outdoor photography - in cool weather it helps keep the hands warm during focusing."
Donna P., Ft. Lauderdale, FL

"Your gloves have so many great qualities. They are practically perfect in every way! They protect my hands from sun without being hot. They wash and wear so easily. I have loved my gloves so much that I wear them for lots of other things, not just gardening! In Seattle, I wear them for walking on cool mornings, and cross country skiing...perfect for that end of season outing in May!"  Ann L., Mercer, WA

"I loved my first pair so much I'm ordering more. These are great to wear after you put moisturizer on your hands!"
Sue M., Philadelphia, PA

A vegan customer writes:
"I adore Foxgloves...I am a vegan and am very concerned at the lack of "compassion product" marketing among many fine clothiers and manufacturers. Foxgloves are better than goatskin or leather gloves because they are free of animal products -- vegans, vegetarians, and animal protectionists may find these gloves the perfect solution."
Mary B.

A neuropathy sufferer writes:
"Even though I am not a gardener, I am very grateful for my Foxgloves. Because my hands are extremely sensitive to touch, vibration, and even the flow of water across the skin, I use my Foxgloves for water aerobics, bathing, washing my hair, driving, and a multitude of other purposes. My neuropathy is a symptom of Multiple Sclerosis, but I know that many others suffer from neuropathy as a result of chemotherapy or diabetes...I would like them to know about Foxgloves...Please get the word out!"
Mary T., Tallahassee, FL
